You play as Ryouji, a man who, due to a series of unfortunate events, has contracted a mysterious illness. After being drugged by his own father and burdened with his debts, Ryouji discovers that his condition requires regular release through contact with female hormones to avoid worsening symptoms. To manage his finances and treat his condition, he takes over the management of the Tenryuu Bathhouse. By earning income through the bathhouse, he upgrades its interior, expands services, and raises its reputation to attract a wider range of customers. When his libido spikes due to his illness, he must take action — using his role as owner to gradually build deeper emotional and physical connections with seven distinct female customers, each with her own personality, backstory, and resistance threshold. This full release exits Early Access and adds two entirely new heroines with their own routes and endings, a reworked day-cycle system that gives each time slot more meaningful choices, expanded story content for existing characters, and a new final chapter. All Early Access saves are incompatible due to structural changes to the save format.
