After a point around 18:34 the DVD subs became desynced with the video several times, because the DVD footage was edited back and forth several seconds, for some reason. Therefore adding the official dub would require actual syncing, and that's more effort than what I'm willing to put into it. Ditto for some Russian subs I found. This release only includes English subs.
